1. The service

RivalryRadar monitors public web pages you choose and summarises changes using automated tools, including AI. Summaries can be incomplete or wrong. Check the source page before making important decisions.

2. Your account

Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Only track pages you're allowed to access publicly. Don't use RivalryRadar to overload, scrape behind logins, or attack any website.

3. Plans and billing

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Solo, Team and Agency) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no reselling the service (use the Agency plan if you track rivals for clients), and no attempts to break or bypass limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. No warranty and limited liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or $0 if you have only used the Free plan).

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. You can stop using RivalryRadar at any time.
