Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
RivalryRadar (“we”) provides competitor-monitoring software. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Your settings: the competitor websites you track, your own website (optional) and a Slack webhook (optional).
- Sample report requests: the email and competitor URL you submit.
- Billing: payments for paid plans are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
To run the service (snapshot public competitor pages, detect changes, send digests), to send product updates and occasional marketing emails (unsubscribe any time), and to bill paid plans.
Who we share it with
Only the processors that run RivalryRadar: Vercel (hosting and storage), ActiveCampaign (email list), Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, and an AI provider via Vercel AI Gateway that summarises public competitor page text (your personal data isn't sent to it). We don't sell personal data.
Competitor data
We only read publicly available web pages, at a polite rate of about once a day per page.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. To access, export or delete your data, or to unsubscribe, reply to any RivalryRadar email and we'll act within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email.
